I will start by saying this plainly: I am the worst type of customer. I research everything in depth, I learn the technical details, and I usually know exactly what I want before anyone arrives. Jackson Heating and Cooling has never been bothered by that. They have always been patient, informative, and willing to answer every question I have. They also never try to upsell me. I handle that part myself.
From the very beginning of each appointment, the professionalism shows. They send an SMS with the technician’s name and photo. Every person they have sent, whether a tech, installer, or sales rep, has been friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with.
My first experience with them was when my old water heater split in two. Jonathan Stoner got me a quote immediately. Even though they could have installed a standard tank quickly, I chose to upgrade to a tankless system. Andy Olive came out, explained the options, and I chose a Rinnai RXP199i. Installation started the next day. Matthew Huff handled the gas piping and Jonathan Stoner handled the water piping. Both sets of pipework looked like craftsmanship level work. Everything was clean, precise, and aligned. It was the kind of installation that looks like it belongs in a manufacturer’s training book. The system has been flawless ever since. I later had Jonathan come back to move a pipe slightly so I could install a water flow sensor, and he made that just as easy.
A few months later, my upstairs AC system, original to the house and more than 15 years old, began to struggle. Nick Lovoy came out, diagnosed everything quickly, and explained exactly what was happening. After discussing the options, I decided a replacement made the most sense. Jonathan Ransom met with me and went through the available systems. There was no upselling. He simply helped me match what I already knew I wanted: a variable speed system for better humidity control.
I selected a Trane 5TWR7024 condenser paired with a 5TEM6 variable speed air handler. Heath Brister and Alex Hames performed the installation. The workmanship was excellent. They installed new high voltage and low voltage whips, set a clean and properly mounted disconnect, and tied everything neatly into my existing dedicated pad. The system is extremely quiet, which was important to me because it sits close to my back door. The install looks organized, clean, and professionally executed from every angle.
At the end of the day, the biggest impression Jackson Heating and Cooling has made on me is that everything they install simply looks great. From pipework to wiring to equipment placement, the quality is consistent, careful, and clearly done by people who take pride in their work. I have used them several times now, and every experience has been consistently excellent.
I strongly recommend Jackson Heating and Cooling. They have earned my trust, my repeat business, and my respect as a very detail oriented customer.
