Between that Friday and the following Tuesday I left him 3 voicemails and several "please call me" messages directly thru employees. On Wednesday I got sick of waiting and called another plumbing supply and had the info I needed within 2-3 hours and I still have not heard back from DENNIS. Almost two weeks have now passed. I will never go back. Goodbye DENNIS. Sadly DENNIS zero stars is not an option.

Later I wanted a blanco sink and was told to make appt…just awful service. It’s one thing to be busy, and another to be rude. I don’t know how busy they are but plenty of rudeness here for everybody!
