  I would not recommend this company for a number of reasons. First of all terrible customer service unless it's your first time calling. Second they came out three times in one day only to keep replacing fuses, which was not the case. I would expect a professional to pin point the problem not do an easy fix. Two weeks later same problem, however it happens on a holiday, so 2 days in 90 degree weather, only to have a person act annoyed and telling me that the same person needs to come back but isn't there and we will be last on the list the next day. I then contacted someone else to solve the real problem a capacitor which should have been determined the last few times by this company instead replacing fuses to do a quick fix. Alot of companies out there with way better reviews, customer service and knowledge.

  3/3- To all the wonderful people who love a senior adult or knows a senior adult please read this post. My has an Snell installed ac unit over 15 years old. Snell came out to her home and they assessed that she needed an evaporator coil (with this problem there would be a leak). The cost estimate was $4000 and included parts/labor. She was then told that it would be best to get a new unit. The cost of the new unit would be $8000. She was told prices of units will be going up. I asked her to have my husband take a look. We live in a different state. Getting to the cliff hanger … my husband and cousin came to assess the ac unit and determined she needed a new thermostat ($150), capacitor ($30.00 for the part) and no LEAK was found. The moral of the story….Be careful. There is dishonesty in business practices and our senior adults are sitting prey. 3/5- To follow up on my above review: I represent a senior advocate group and made a call to the company. I spoke with Pam (office manager) about the service call that was made and the repairs that were recommended by SNELL. There is a bill of $345 that we asked that be waived. The technician told my aunt she had a Freon leak and replaced a capacitor. Our technician that reviewed the snell technicians work stated that the part he used looked old. Pam is going to talk with her colleagues and get back to my aunt. We requested a copy of the $4000 repair and the $8000 replacement unit. I reiterate that my aunt’s unit doesn’t require an evaporator coil, does not have a Freon leak and doesn’t need to be replaced as SNELL recommended. 3/6- As promised Pam returned the call to our client. The outcome is as favorable as it can be. The thermostat and capacitor has been replaced by a senior friendly AC company. Thank you for reading this.

  Always great service and a fair price. I've been way overcharged by other HVAC companies in the past. (Woodall's) Snellgrove & Caylor have been fair in every way all 3 times I've needed their services. They understand what it's like to be without air conditioning or heat and they try to get to your service call fast. I can't not recommend this company enough.
