The crew that installed was great! They worked hard & were professional, cleaning up thoroughly after themselves. 5 stars! The admin team in the office- 2 stars. They never called when they said they would, I had to constantly call them to figure out dates, they promised me one date and it was late. Then on the days they promised me, they called to tell me only half the windows had been delivered…I had to wait weeks to get the other half. Unsatisfied with them & their customer service. They stated they give you a check if you refer clients to them…I’ve yet to see the check. Unsure if I will recommend them to friends and family.

The job was complete same day and all questions were addressed. The general manager also was very easy to work with. There was a miscommunication with our estimate and he was very apologetic and worked to make sure our original estimate was honored. I would highly recommend.

Camillo appeared to be the leader / one in charge was very polite and did all the communication. I would definitely recommend him and his crew. Job turned out beautiful. Windows World was great with working with me to ensure I was happy with the final result. Megan was project manager thanks for all you did to ensure I was satisfied. Steven was salesman. All were professional and listened to what I wanted and delivered. Good experience no complaints at this moment. Will come back if things change. Thanks Windows World.
