The installation crew led by Alex along with Otacilio were outstanding! They did the installation on a very cold & windy day. These guys were very friendly & worked very hard. I told Alex that the work they did putting up the siding it looked like an artist’s work! All in all it looks great & we are excited to be able to use the new room!

- KHKaren HarveyNov 2, 20253.0From the beginning the sales rep was kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave great feedback. The installers did a great job as well. Why only a 3 instead of 5? When my windows finally came in and was ready to be installed i don't think it was accurately communicated with the installers the size of the job (had over 25 wood windows replaced). Also, there were a set of 3 windows that were missed when ordered so they were not built or delivered. Not such a big deal really but i asked and confirmed with the installers and the PM that i will not be charged for the windows until the job was complete. Approx 3 weeks later the remaining windows were installed. Imagine my surprise when i got a bill the next week for the first install. I called window world for an explanation, it seems that it was not communicated to the accounting department when they saw that the initial windows were installed that the billing should not start. I think that there should be better communication within the support staff for the installation. Again the sales rep and installers did an amazing job.
