With that, I called and scheduled an estimate for the next morning: 1st call-out to arrive between 8 am & 9 am, and a 30-minute call before arrival. I changed my work schedule in order to be there when the technician arrived. At 8:40 am, I had not received a call or a visit. I then called them at 8:50 am and was told, "He just called to say he wasn't coming to work today." It is very hard to believe that he called off at 8:45 am if work starts at 8:00 am, but I digress. No one called me to cancel the visit. Allison was very nonchalant and unconcerned about it, then told me that someone else was taking on his job and could come later. When would I be informed of the reschedule if I had not called? This all seemed VERY unprofessional.
