Said would check with supervisor and get back with me. I supposed that meant next day. But I heard from no one. Water is only a trickle. Need more water pressure now to flush toilets, etc. If can’t be fixed I need at least the pressure I had before. Please be in touch.

And when they did they worked on the line I was not notified nor did they ask forme. The next day they sent a confusing invoice. And was demanding payment for what originally was just suppose to be a quote. Combining through the reviews one comment by this company stated that they give a quote before they start work. Any descent business would. They did not. They didnt break down what they were invoicing and they gave an invoice for over 1000 dollars for clearing a drain. I called spoke to an individual and they argued back and forth ( no customer service you could tell they didnt want repeat business) said that they dont give quotes on the weekends. No one informed me of that so definitely reporting them to the better business bureau.... and good luck

The service I have received has been outstanding throughout this time. This was an occasion where I needed assistance at my house so I called Dustin to get the particulars on what it would take to remedy my situation. Within a few minutes he explained what it would take to complete the job and gave me a specified time of arrival. Everything went as planned and Blake and Josh could not have been more professional! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!
