- ZEZachary ErvinApr 29, 20261.0Had a very frustrating experience. The company came out and gave an estimate but never followed up with pricing as promised. When I called to check on it, the person who answered was rude and tried to argue that it was somehow my fault. Poor communication and unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend or do business with them again. Response: That timeline from their response is not accurate. I purchased the property in January 2026, and your technician came out on February 19th, 2026—not “almost 6 months ago.” I received a call from him that same day, and I told him to go ahead and order the door. He stated the office would follow up with me for next steps, but I never received any call, email, or estimate. At no point did I receive a price or a request for a deposit from your office. If that had happened, I would have moved forward. When I called recently to follow up, instead of trying to resolve the situation, the conversation turned into placing blame and arguing, which is where the frustration comes from. This isn’t about not remembering—it’s about a lack of follow-up and communication on your end.
