  We’ve had a great experience so far with Capstone Roofing in Trussville, AL. From the initial inspection, Tony was professional, honest, and very thorough in explaining the condition of our roof and what needed to be done. What really stood out was how they helped with the insurance process — Tony met with the adjuster, provided detailed documentation, and helped us get approval for a full roof replacement. They were also able to get our gutter replacement added to the claim, which was a huge plus. Our roof replacement is scheduled for this week, and their communication has been excellent every step of the way. They’ve explained that if any additional issues are found during installation, they’ll document everything and work to have those items addressed properly as well. So far, they’ve been responsive, organized, and easy to work with. Based on everything up to this point, I feel confident we chose a trustworthy company and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Trussville area.

  Great choice for replacing our roof. They were able to schedule us within a couple of days of making the call. The crew took great care to minimize any mess or disruptions to our routine. Left no evidence they were here other than a great looking roof! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Birmingham area. Capstone Roofing is top-notch!

  They really impressed me from the beginning to the end. This was my first roof replacement didn’t know what to expect Dez explained everything to me very well showed me samples and was very clear on what material and work that was getting done with my new roof and gutters. Customer service, installers everything was great!
