  We paid for the salt delivery service where they fill our purifier. We get an email saying they are delivering salt today, expecting another communication, maybe a 2-4 hour window so we know when to be home. The driver calls 10 minutes ahead. No one is home so just leaves it at the front door. So now I have to carry it downstairs and load the purifier. I get it, driver calls 10 min ahead so he doesn’t have to do the work.

  Patrick arrived as scheduled was very friendly and professional in all regards! Patrick explained how he was going to install our system, asked me for my preference of location and how the water line and electrical connections would be installed! He was very respectful of our home being careful with his equipment tools and actions! At completion he provided us with a thorough review and explanation of the system and how to maintain the system. He tested every aspect of our system to ensure it was functioning properly! A great experience and Patrick was very efficient and professional! Congratulations to the Aqua System Company for having a employee like Patrick representing your organization! We are very pleased with our Aqua Systems experience!

  Just had my whole home filter system installed today. Patrick did a great job. My system is in my unfinished basement. He did a nice and neat job installing. He was very knowledgeable of the product and helping me get the system registered. He gave me plenty of options while he was installing on where to send flushed water. I am satisfied with the install. I look forward to the system being as great as advertised.

  System is working well, installation took much longer than estimated, technician was not able to get the WiFi interface set up, the WiFi seems to be a Rube Goldberg complex process, when a simple password or WPS button would suffice to connect to my home router. I need a technician to call me or come here and get it set up. The house water flow became soft very quickly, within 10 minutes at any faucet and shower head.

  Aqua systems is a quality company. I purchased a system with them just over a year ago so it was time for the annual tune up. Our technician Austin was great. He took the time to educate me fully on my system and what to look for. His knowledge and pride in his work is some of the best I’ve seen. I appreciate when someone truly cares for their craft and strive to brighten someone’s day. More people should act like Austin. I applaud Aqua Systems for hiring and caring for quality employees who truly care for their community. Cannot recommend them enough.
