- CMCecilia MaceOct 28, 20255.0Patrick amazed me with his ambitious and patient professionalism, which was exemplified in retrieving our Amazon Dryer Vent cleaning apparatus the took a wrong turn. What happened: It was our first time attempting to clean the 15 foot pipe, that spans under the dining room then up into the utility room reaching the dryer, with the Amazon kit. Someone erroneously switched the direction to counter clockwise of our drill (which connects to the pole, rotating the brush). This unscrewed a pole that attached to the brush. So several poles and brush were lodged deep in the pipe. Patrick made several different creative attempts (without a camera) to get it out. It was miraculous when after never giving up, he hooked the poles and retrieved all of it, truly remarkable. Patrick saved the day!!!!
