They were already swapping the trailer battery for a new one when I left, so whoever rents it next — you’re set. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in keeping their gear running right. We had a little confusion on the drop off of the rental, ALL our error but of course, it's easy to blame others! United immediately sent a manager down to our location to insure all was well, that's customer service. Turned out it was our mis -communication and the manager was still very apologetic, above and beyond. Thank you , SW
