- JMJustin MossDec 12, 20251.0So Saturday I went to Flanagan Lumber Company and bought some ceiling texture in a 35lb bag. Asked for white and he gave it to me. After 6 days the customer called me and said the spot around the HVAC vents and the bathroom ceiling is a off white color almost looks like a water stain. Contacted Flanagans today and he told me the that sometimes they get in solid white and sometimes he gets in the mixture that you have to paint. I asked how do I know what I'm getting and he straight up said he doesn't know. So basically apply and hope for the best. After a run around with the owner he said I dont know what to do and hung up the phone. Money wasted there and more money out of my pocket for the repair.

(Believe me I shop around) I have purchased brick, exterior doors, zip sheeting and more and they have quality supplies, the best prices and great employees too! I highly recommend you check them out. BTW, I am building 50 minutes away and they are worth the trip.

However, the two guys at the back desk were duds. While standing there today, not one acknowledged me, or asked how they could help me.
