  Our technicians were very professional but friendly to. They called me when they were on their way. They were earlier than expected, we were very happy because we were w/o heat and were freezing 🥶!! They explained what had happened and what they were doing to fix it. As they went over our invoice they also explained their different home packages for HVAC, plumbing and electrical maintenance and services. We were very happy with our tech’s and Dunn’s. Will be referring them to our family and friends.💕

  I had my first of two heat pump preventative service maintenance done today. Our technician Hailey was very professional, informative and very knowledgeable. Hailey is very kind and friendly. After the inspection Hailey went through the results explaining the condition of the unit. I am very pleased with the results.

  Called on Wednesday and they were able to come out the next Monday for electrical issues. They diagnosed and were able to start and finish their work that following Wednesday. Chris was professional and timely and did great work quick. Aiden was also very helpful and didn’t great job on my outlets. I would let him work on my walls any time.

  Called from tn to have Dunn repair my mother in laws sewage line in attalla Alabama. They did a great job taking care of the problem and looked around to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you fellas for the great job!

  Grayson came out to check our tankless hot water heater. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very friendly and very personable. He explained what he was going to do to check the system to identify the problem. It did not take him long to identify the problem. He was thorough in explaining the problem and answering our questions about the 18 year old unit and promised to provide a quote for replacement. Thank you Grayson. Greyson and Will came back on yesterday, Thursday, to replace our tank less hot water system. Our scheduled appointment time was 10:00 am but Greyson called and asked if it would be ok to come earlier. They arrived around 8:30. Will came with him. I was glad they had a change in their schedule and grateful they could get started on our project earlier. Greyson kept us informed on what they were going to do and finished the project in about and hour and a half. They had to leave at one point to get some additional materials. They finished the project and gave us a verbal report of what they had done and readily answered a couple of questions we had. We were very satisfied with the work they did.
