- CSCustomer Service4 days ago5.0We called because our drains were clogged and they set us up an appointment in a timely manner. Steven and another man (I did not catch his name) came out and unclogged our drains. They were both very kind and explained everything to us and gave us some tips on how to unclog it ourselves next time.
- LLLynn6 days ago1.0Called for a septic pump and inspection during the purchase of our home. They came and charged me $600. Next time I needed it done I contacted a different company. They dug up the same spot that Roto Rooter had and the septic lid wasn’t even there or the same size as their previous hole. When they cleaned out the tank we were informed it had never previously been done. We found our Roto Rooter receipt and called, a manager said that employee no longer works there and we would get no refund on our $600 for zero work performed. Absolutely unacceptable! The city water board also didn’t recommend using them to replace field lines but that’s a given after what they’ve already done. Collecting $600 without doing the work is THEFT!!! BEWARE you have been warned!

The team replaced old galvanized piping, upgraded everything to copper, brought the setup up to code, and installed the new 40-gallon unit cleanly and professionally. They showed up with three technicians, worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and hauled away the old tank. The install required more than a simple swap, and they handled all of it without cutting corners. Everything looks solid, properly supported, and much safer than the original setup. Hot water is working perfectly. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of work. Would definitely recommend.
