Of course, my water went out last night with my husband out of town. We emailed Anchorage Well & Pump last night when the problem started. They opened this morning at 8:00 and at 8:04 they called to say someone would be out today. Two hours later and Dave, the owner, was at my doorstep! We have an extremely complex plumbing and heating system but luckily Dave was a skilled sleuth and found the problem which turned out to be an easy fix, hooray! I find it uncommon these days to find such prompt service with someone I would feel comfortable letting into my home while here alone with my kids. I would call them again in a heartbeat!
