- FVFrancis VA6FPOct 23, 20255.0I rented a rough terrain scissor lift for a project that I was working on at home. The entire process was smooth and the service was excellent. The delivery and pickup of the lift was a very easy process, on-time and friendly. The delivery person made sure that I was fully briefed on the safe operating procedures. A few weeks later I rented a post hole digger. I had a problem getting the bit to back out of the ground, however John was able to get things resolved very quickly. A big thank you also to Roxanne in the office for the excellent service. I would not hesitate renting from United Rentals again and I highly recommend them for all your equipment and tool needs. There is no better place for this kind of friendly service at very reasonable prices.
