  We recently had our basement suite built by Nuvo. Right from the start, the team at Nuvo were great to work with. They were incredibly professional and organized, providing ongoing log entries and pictures of the work as it progressed. Each team member as well as the various trade reps worked collaboratively to ensure excellent communication with each other. They provided a job calendar and ensured they kept on track throughout the project. A big shout out to Kirk Schultz, our site supervisor, for going above and beyond to take care of a few issues for us along the way. Thank you also to John in sales, Aya in design, Skye our project manager and Jack the handyman extraordinaire! We would highly recommend Nuvo for your renovation needs!

  We’ve worked alongside Nuvo Construction on multiple projects and they’ve been excellent to deal with. Their communication is clear, scheduling is organized, and they coordinate trades well so the job keeps moving. They hold a high standard for detail and finishing work, and they run a professional site from start to finish. I’d recommend Nuvo to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

  Nuvo recently developed the basement of our 50+ year old house, and we are thrilled with our new space! We started planning in July, work began mid-August, and the project was complete mid October - as planned. Being an older house, we ran into some unexpected issues. Each were promptly brought to our attention, options were presented and discussed, and cost-effective solutions were executed ensuring our expectations were met. And the project was still completed on time! The office staff were always friendly and helpful when dealing with any questions/changes we had throughout the process. And the trades were respectful as they made their way in and out of our home and as they worked in our basement. Plus, they did a great job! Dustin managed our project, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Clear and prompt communication, efficient scheduling, and consistently following up with trades to ensure quality and timelines were met. We were impressed and definitely felt confident knowing Dustin was in charge. Thank you Nuvo for our new space!

  We had the basement in our duplex developed by Nuvo and it was the best decision we made! Right from the start it was clear how deeply they care about quality of work and customer service. Every step of the way from the design stages to the finishing stages was so good. Communication was excellent as well. We knew what was happening every step of the way and were able to interact with our site manager about any concerns that we had. The trades that worked on our home were very professional and it was clear they cared deeply about their quality of work. It can be a very disruptive process to have parts of your home renovated over several weeks, but Nuvo made our experience a positive one. We are so thankful that we chose them to complete our basement project! We highly recommend them for any project you have in mind. We can attest that the quality of work and the character of all of the staff is very high. They care about people and completing the work to a high standard of workmanship. Now we have a fantastic basement that is developed and ready to use! We love it! Thank you Nuvo Construction! 😊
