  Nuvo recently developed the basement of our 50+ year old house, and we are thrilled with our new space! We started planning in July, work began mid-August, and the project was complete mid October - as planned. Being an older house, we ran into some unexpected issues. Each were promptly brought to our attention, options were presented and discussed, and cost-effective solutions were executed ensuring our expectations were met. And the project was still completed on time! The office staff were always friendly and helpful when dealing with any questions/changes we had throughout the process. And the trades were respectful as they made their way in and out of our home and as they worked in our basement. Plus, they did a great job! Dustin managed our project, and we couldn't have asked for better service. Clear and prompt communication, efficient scheduling, and consistently following up with trades to ensure quality and timelines were met. We were impressed and definitely felt confident knowing Dustin was in charge. Thank you Nuvo for our new space!

  We had the basement in our duplex developed by Nuvo and it was the best decision we made! Right from the start it was clear how deeply they care about quality of work and customer service. Every step of the way from the design stages to the finishing stages was so good. Communication was excellent as well. We knew what was happening every step of the way and were able to interact with our site manager about any concerns that we had. The trades that worked on our home were very professional and it was clear they cared deeply about their quality of work. It can be a very disruptive process to have parts of your home renovated over several weeks, but Nuvo made our experience a positive one. We are so thankful that we chose them to complete our basement project! We highly recommend them for any project you have in mind. We can attest that the quality of work and the character of all of the staff is very high. They care about people and completing the work to a high standard of workmanship. Now we have a fantastic basement that is developed and ready to use! We love it! Thank you Nuvo Construction! 😊

  Nuvo recently completed a full renovation of our kitchen after it was damaged by a flood. Living through a renovation can be stressful, but Nuvo made the process so much easier. They provided a clear schedule we could check daily, along with regular updates that kept us informed every step of the way. Our project manager, Kirk, was outstanding—always responsive and proactive. He went above and beyond to ensure even the small details outside the original scope were taken care of so everything looked perfect. Every trade professional who came in was respectful and took the time to explain their work, which gave us peace of mind. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result—our kitchen is beautiful! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Nuvo again for future renovations and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.

  Ben and Conrad are a great team with incredible skill. Their professionalism is outstanding. I shared my vision with them and they more than delivered! I could not recommend this business enough. Ben’s integrity in particular is an asset as are his work ethics and generous heart. They lead with kindness and goodness that are so very hard to find. You will not be disappointed.
