  Business is closed, new owners fired all the staff. If you have a membership good luck trying to cancel it since nobody answers the phones. Stopping all payments through my bank next.

  Had a good first experience with Spark’s for dryer vent cleaning. A few months later, scheduled an appointment for A/C and furnace cleaning. Appointment scheduled for technician arrival between 12-2 pm one afternoon. At 11 am I received a call stating the technician could no longer arrive between 10-12 for my appointment. I provided the email and text confirmations that my appointment had been confirmed for the afternoon and not the morning, but they insisted it was for the morning, despite the confirmations I had received about the appointment date and time. I was advised that it would have to be rescheduled. Understanding things happen, not a problem, I rescheduled for the following Monday, for technician arrival between 2-4 pm. Monday, 4:15 pm comes along and no technician. Called their office, no answer. Sent an email to inquire about status of technician arrival. Still waiting for that response, and no technician ever came. How is it okay to operate a company in this manner, scheduling appointments and then just don’t show up or call? I had no issues with having to take time off work to ensure I was home for these multiple appointments, but perhaps have a little bit of respect for customers' time. I suppose maybe they don’t need the business.

  Spark Heating has provided us excellent service for over 15 years. The technicians are experienced, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.

  We had Adam from Spark Heating come and replace our furnace. The service and expertise him and his co-worker provided was exceptional. Adam explained how the new furnace worked and gave detailed instructions on setting up the new thermostat they installed. They were efficient and made the neccessary adjustments to the installation when needed. I would recommend Spark Heating and Air Conditioning.

  Caleb came out for a no heat call at my house this morning and was fast, efficient and diligent with the repair explaining everything as he progressed. Excellent service and will definitely be using them again. ***FOLLOW UP*** Adam and Brayden came out to install my new furnace\humidifier that was deemed unsafe during the recent visit. They were polite efficient and did quality work explaining everything they did before they left. Highly recommend this team
