- SRSmokin RogFeb 6, 20263.0The service professional who completed the work was amazing and absolutely worth 5 stars. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I only give 3 stars for a couple of reasons. 1. When i first called i was told i would get a team member that day. I even received a follow up call confirming that same day and if not it would be first thing in the morning. The next day it was after noon when i had to call back and ask whats happening. Then it wasnt until after 230pm that he arrived. 2nd is that there was a $50 fee for him to show up, understandably so, however if i continue with the service this fee should have been included in the charges not be addition to. Its fair to say if i didnt use the service then i pay for their time, but using the service not fair that i paid additional for it. I likely wont use the setvice in the future because of this fact alone.
