While the exterior motion lights we ordered have been installed for only a few days, they are working properly. Same for the replacement smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. As of today we are 100% satisfied with the work Kyle did for us.

We call them for a very small job, they tried to sell us a lot of things. They didn't want to complete the job but still charged the $50 fee. Sketchy practices, saying things are not up to code even though we have permits from the city less than a year old on the same work.

I recently purchased a home in Stavely, AB and unfortunately the furnace wasn’t functioning at all, so everything needed to be replaced. From the initial call to completion, customer service was exceptional! The technician (Jerrett) came from Lethbridge and was incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He completed the installation efficiently, explained everything they had done, and made sure I fully understood how everything worked before he left. He also took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Purchasing and now Living in a small town like Stavely, means a lot when companies are willing to travel and provide such great service to the community. The whole experience was seamless, and I’m very grateful. I would absolutely recommend Charlton & Hill Home Services to anyone needing heating, hot water, or water system installations.
