- DWDavid WoynorowskiSep 11, 20254.0Front desk and yard staff were excellent. I did have a problem with an on line reservation. Unit advertised and reserved (18 inch Barrato trencher) was not provided. Basic 18 inch Groundhog? trencher was provided but not even close in terms of features and specs which caused problems on job site. Staff did adjust rental price when I made it known I was unhappy with unit provided. My advice is to confirm make/model of units rented on line with Ft Saskatchewan office before you pick up unit. This is a company (Head Office) issue re on line reservations - this is not an issue caused by Ft Sask location - they went the extra mile and p;rovided excellent customer service.

Store,but will order it in from Edmonton store for when we booked it for. Fast forward to when we booked it for, our daughter went to pick it up,it wasn't there, she went to Edmonton and picked it up and we had it the whole weekend with no charge due to it not being in Fort Sask. And my daughter having to go get it. Excellent customer service. Was not expecting it for free, figured at least half the price.We will definitely be renting from Sunbelt again. Thank you!

I originally went to the Leduc location because it is close to home but they did not have the lift I needed and was able to find one at the Fort Saskatchewan location. The day of pickup the lift was ready but the marker lights were not working. They were able to find another unit in Sherwood Park that was working. It was a bit frustrating but these thing happen and they were very apologetic. I originally rented the unit for 1 month but am not extending the rental for an additional week and they made that quick and easy. I would recommend sunbelt rentals and would use them again. Great customer service, prices, and equipment
