Unit advertised and reserved (18 inch Barrato trencher) was not provided. Basic 18 inch Groundhog? trencher was provided but not even close in terms of features and specs which caused problems on job site. Staff did adjust rental price when I made it known I was unhappy with unit provided. My advice is to confirm make/model of units rented on line with Ft Saskatchewan office before you pick up unit. This is a company (Head Office) issue re on line reservations - this is not an issue caused by Ft Sask location - they went the extra mile and p;rovided excellent customer service.

Machine was great, got our job done, and even washed it for them on return. Just make sure to ask for two speed option and roller suspension on a track machine! Nathan took care of everything without a hitch! When you get good service like this, why go anywhere else!
