  Rented a frost fighter. Unit had issues with ducts and running diesel with lower than normal heat. I understanf weather was cold but machine wasnt heating normally. Called twice And was told a tech was to call me or visit. Was ignored and forgotten about. No call no visit. Had a few people out and look at it (I had to find people online) to reset unit and help. Was blowing cold air burning fuel for over 10 hours. When we fixed the issue on our own and brought it was was charged $375 for Fuel. On top of rental. Called and tried to talk to someone over this and was told I would be called back. Nothing. Wrote their service rental center online. Was told id be contacted. Nothing. I get fuel costs are high but the fact I had no help no service and being ignored... would have met in the middle credit back the rental fees and id deal I fuel costs. At least to keep a client happy. But couldn't even get a call back. Edit: Took a bit to get a hold of the right people however the store did make things right in this matter. So at the end of day things evened out.

  Dispatch crew worked very promptly to find me a piece of equipment in a short notice and was pleased to help. The skid steer was delivered on time and location without any issues or back and forth calls with the driver, it shows the company has people that care for there job and knows the area's. The driver was pleasant to work and deal with, he know his job very well and completed the drop quickly, safe and ensured there was nothing else we needed before leaving. Prices are fair rental cost, always newer cleaned equipment, in the past when needing service the service call is taken seriously and they replaced our rental on site with-in 2 hours of the call to our ability to keep the site running. I would recommend united to everyone.

  Excellent customer service. Delivery driver was super helpful and friendly and David from the branch has been excellent to deal with. Excellent communication and assistance! Thank you!

  Every generator they gave us was somehow un-serviced, or shut down with several alarms.

  Mark, Brittany and team are phenomenal. No matter how tight of a bind we are in they figure out a way to get us taken care of. Always a pleasure to deal with. A great team and great and very helpful people!
