  Quite happy with the service call. It was scheduled within a couple hours. The two service men did a great job of troubleshooting our problem and did not upsell on any parts or further unnecessary work.

  Callaghan was terrific. He let us know he was on the way prior to arriving, we received a text with his photo confirming who would be doing the service on our tankless water heater, and he was quick and efficient with the service call.

  The service provided by Rob's Albertan remains stellar. Allan Fleck arrived as scheduled to replace a clogged hose leading from the condensate pump. Did so with no mess and left us with clear pointers on keeping it operating smoothly. Awesome resolution to our issue.

  Technician (Callaghan) arrived early with a phone call warning. He checked the furnace quickly, no problems. We discussed water softener special offers. He checked out the humidifier and gave us some tips. He set up an appointment for someone to come out and give us a hot water tank replacement quote. 5 Stars for Callaghan!!

  Worst service we have ever received! Had to pay $125 before they did anything. Had a tech come to replace our thermostat. He said $550 to install a $60 thermostat. If we bought the thermostat first then it was $200 to install. We said no thanks but had to pay the $125 to a very unfriendly, grumpy tech. Spent maybe 10 minutes. Then we had a plumber come in for our leaking shower faucet. He ordered the replacement cartridge for the faucet. When he installed it it didn't work. It is leaking worse than it was before! Suggested we purchase a faucet from them and have them install for a total of $200. If we purchased the faucet it would be $150 to have them install. We also had them install a set of taps for the bathroom sink that we purchased, it cost $440 just for the installation and $218 for 2 techs to do the work, total $658 + $125 for walking in the door. Very expensive for the work that was done.
