Carmen helped us every step of the way. She was incredibly knowledgeable, handled everything in a very timely manner, and took the time to answer our many phone calls and emails. Her communication was clear, professional, and consistent throughout the entire process. As an interior decorator who works with multiple suppliers and companies on a regular basis, I can confidently say it’s rare these days to find someone who is genuinely passionate, knowledgeable, and efficient all at once. Carmen truly stands out. Although we hired our own installer, the product quality was excellent and everything coordinated perfectly, especially the stair details with the matching nosing and trim. It has completely elevated our space. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Paramount Flooring to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service.
