  I had a complementary maintenance service after my furnace was installed by Enercare McKinley over a year ago. Oleksandr arrived within the time stated. I like the fact that he texted me beforehand to let me know when he will be arriving. He was courteous and explained what the service call was about. Proceeded with service call and after about an hour, he was done. Oleksandr explained the results of the service call and if any follow up actions are needed. I am quite satisfied with this service call from Enercare McKinley.

  I have dealt with McKinley for over 30 years for all heating and plumbing issues. Their service level has always been exemplary and our latest appointment was no exception to that. Evan was on time, professional, did the work well, and was very honest about our entitlements within the service program that we are enrolled in.

  From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Special thanks to Stephen C and Kyle—they were absolutely amazing! They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure the installation was done properly and left everything clean and tidy afterward. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. It’s not always easy to find reliable service, but this team exceeded my expectations.   Landon was excellent! He came and looked at our furnace, assessed it as needing a new inducer motor, then went to buy the part we needed and returned with it to install it. We’re thankful to have heat again! He spent time educating us on the workings of our furnace and the different options available for repair or replacement. He also took a look at our hot water tank and made some recommendations for maintenance which we didn’t know about. Appreciate all your help Landon, thank you!

  Big thanks to technician Alex Y. at McKinley Heating Service Experts! He was outstanding during our recent service call. Alex was thorough and professional throughout the inspection, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He was incredibly friendly and customer-focused when walking me through the report, and I especially appreciated how he addressed all the safety systems right up front. That gave me real peace of mind knowing everything was handled properly. Highly recommend Alex and the whole team—excellent service!
