From Bob who met with us on site, to Carly who was great helping with selections and coordinating the installs to the installers, everyone was excellent to deal with. Highly recommend them!

- SJSandy JonesAug 21, 20255.0In selecting our flooring we went to 3 suppliers to look at product & pricing for our renovation. James Caswell provided us with excellent service and very knowledgeable. Provided timely site visit, quote, easy to work with and provided lots of samples to select from. We found a select flooring that we wanted from another supplier. We went back to see James with sample to see if he could get the same flooring. Unfortunately Paramount didn't carry that line. We did go with them for our kitchen tile project. Didn't realize they even sold tiles for kitchen and quite a good selection. Selected a few tile samples and we selected Paramount for our tiling work. Very good install, timeframes and great work with installation. We would have went with James on flooring if he had the line, overall his price was in line with our choice.
