Tanner did a great job fixing it and was here for less than an hour. Very nice guy, pleasant and informative. We are very happy.

It was our first time to get their service at McKinley and we really appreciate the excellent service that Tanner provided. Highly recommend.

She quickly diagnosed the issue, which turned out to be a simple maintenance requirement and provided clear, up-front pricing before getting started. In no time, my furnace was back in perfect working order. Launi is a true ambassador for McKinley! Professional, friendly, and efficient. Thumbs up to Launi! I'll definitely be requesting her again next time. Highly recommend!
