  Cleve was an exceptional service technician. He went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing issue was fully taken care of. He provided a clear and detailed assessment before starting any work, and after the service was done he took the time to talk me through everything that was completed. Really appreciate the professionalism and care. Highly recommend Always Plumbing & Heating — especially if you can get Cleve!

  Always Plumbing came in to change the inside shut off valve for the outside tap. They arrived within their window of time. Assessed what was required. Had to leave to get a part and a tool. Came back and completed the job. I was explained on exactly how it works now, They were able to keep the cost within my budget, being a senior on a fixed income. Thank you. Please tell Chris that Oscar reappeared around 5pm. I guess after hiding for 5 hours he was hungry. 😸😊

  This happened YEARS ago but I needed my furnace fixed, it was 5 years old. Fuse kept tripping. They sent 3 different guys over who tried to fix it but the fuse kept tripping no matter what. They somehow convinced me to replace the whole motor which was super expensive $1,500 and unusual for a furnace in a house thats fairly new... surprise it did nothing to fix the problem, the fuse kept tripping. Eventually they send a 4th older guy that clearly had way more experience than the previous 3 younger guys and he was like yeah it was a problem with the thermostat and finally fixed it. For MONTHS I called the Edmonton office every single day during my work break to get a refund for this motor I never needed. I got the run around every single day constantly, either they don't pick up or they'll say the manager isn't available right now. Eventually after around 50 phone calls (I wish this was hyperbole).. they agreed to refund like $500 basically saying they're gonna charge me what they paid from the manufacturer for that motor. I even recorded what the 4th technician said at my house but they refused to admit that their new techs can't diagnose and that I never needed the motor. Their song jingle still haunts me to this day.

  Well got 4 text messages and 1 email wanting a review so here it is. Not impressed at all- was working out of town and international tenants called with sewerage back up. Called Always Plumbing got AI to book appointment and confirmed appointment. AI then texts me back at 11:30pm at night and says the appointment has been canceled, please text us with preferred times. Texted with new times then no reply. The following day called in the morning to get ahold of a human to proceed to tell me no appointment available till the next day. No reason why AI booked and canceled. Talked with a human some more said she will get back to me in 10min. Then rebooks appointment 8-12:00. Told her the main line needed to be snaked. Ask about rates says $100 just to look at it then anywhere from $200-$600. Plumber shows up where there is no sewer or mess. See picture of lowest floor drain dry but stained where water line was sitting. Main line is draining slow as no water backed up. He says minimum charge would be $897 to $1265. Never even looked or opened pipe. That’s highway robbery. So I went to home depot rented the snake took 1 hour to clear line. So $800 to $1265 per hour plus a $100 call out. Complete money grab on people. Come on guys, Don’t take advantage of people! These international kids couldn’t afford to eat if they had to pay that bill. Total cost was $57.95 for Rental to complete the job ourselves. Took less than 1 hour to snake the line 2 times with full flow.

  Will never use again! Had a furnace tune up and was told one part needed replacement but told furnace was in good condition . Had a 2nd technician come the following week to replace the part and the furnace stopped working after he left. Had a 3rd technician come the following day to assess and was told the furnace should be replaced. Quoted 6573 in the estimate and booked. The next week installers come to replace the furnace with an agreement to sign for 3766. I agreed, signed and payment delivered. Two weeks later I get a message to call them. Only an AI chat box at the number provided saying they will get back to me in one or two days. Three days later I get an invoice for the remaining 2600+ to add up to the original estimate. Still waiting for a call. Don’t book with this group-Call ROMANIUK instead!
