- JGJamie Gignac1 day ago1.0Don't bother making an appointment. I made one a week in advance. Nobody called and nobody showed up. My time slot was from 4pm to 8pm. I got a text at 9:30pm saying they still wanted to show but might need to arrive the next day.

We booked an appointment because our hot wanted tank has been acting up a lot, stopping working frequently and my husband has been trouble shooting and has been able to get it going a couple times and is currently functioning but will likely stop again soon as has happened multiple times. We told this to the woman doing the scheduling and when the plumber came today he just said he can’t try and do anything if it is currently working. He did not try anything, he did not open anything up. So we are charged 100$ and nothing was even assessed, if this is the case the scheduler should have let us know. He also was extremely unprofessional and rude laughing at my husband for asking questions. On his way out he is heavily pushing a membership to sign up with them. We booked based on all the reviews and were baffled by this experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

He did a fantastic job and explained everything to us so well. I am very happy with the job he did for us. Hassan came a few days after, he took time to answer all of our questions and explained everything very well. He also did a fantastic job and was very kind and understanding. This is the second time we have called this company and I am so happy with everyone, from the receptionists to the workers. They also helped us a lot with financing. It’s really frustrating as it’s -30 weather and with the device not operating properly it has been stressful. I expected better service but I am highly disappointed

Recently our hot water stopped working right before Christmas. Hassan came right away on a Sunday night and diagnosed the problem and we had technicians over in less than 48 to repair the issue.
