- RKRandy KeelJul 31, 20252.0I have been dealing with tk elevators for 9 years had an excellent tech doing my elevator until some one at tk decided to move him to other work been a frigging night mare lot of the other techs do not have the skills or customer service skills for example they changed oil on elevator left with elevators not working called for tech they wanted to charge me overtime for the issue they caused not to pleased after 9 years service the call center whe you call the people cannot speak good English have to spell everything for them customer service skills lacking
