- ALAsha LalJan 25, 20261.0The absolute worst contractor, unreliable, unprofessional, poor quality repairs, recurrent breakdowns, poor communication avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be trapped without working equipment. The elevator in our building has a 5 year maintenance contract with ThyssenKrupp Elevator. In the past year the elevator has stopped working 5 times and each time they have failed to repair the actual issue. Now the elevator has not been working for over 2 weeks and they have given us the excuse that the part they need is not available with no plan to source the part from somewhere else. People living in the building with limited mobility or who require a wheelchair have gently been trapped in their homes during this time. Horrible experience
