  Despite a 4 hr window, Mack kept us posted as to when he would arrive, allowing us to plan around the call. Super polite, told us what was needed and what was not, reflecting integrity and outstanding customer service. Was super careful when going outside knowing we had cats in the house. I highly recommend him, as I was tremendously impressed from start to finish of the call. For our plumbing, we had Cliff show up, who was all the above as well, and even remembered us from a previous call. This dynamic duo is the blessing one hopes for when inviting service techs into your home, and they could be the poster kids on how to for other techs to learn from.

  BE AWARE We had our in warranty tank replacement and were supposed to get our credit back. They showed us that by giving us an upgraded unit they did us an favour , where the truth is that the manufacturer stopped making that model and they had to upgrade our tank as it is under warranty. Cheesy sales tactics. I called them and updated them that the refund was processed by AO Smith. I would never imagined that after taking our money and after installing the tank which was not cheap they will ghost us. Even though the manufacturer has already processed the refund they have neither bothered to call us back , neither they have returned our credit back. The manager is still on vacation from over a month. Terrible service. Is this 5 star service?????? I don’t think so. Scammers. Zoha Islam

  Brandon from Always Plumbing and Heating was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He explained about the heat pump and AC clearly and even shared helpful insights I wouldn’t have thought to ask. You can tell he truly cares about doing great work and keeping customers informed. Outstanding service — highly recommend Brandon and the Always Plumbing and Heating team!

  I would not recommend this plumbing company. A few years ago, I hired Always Plumbing to install shut-off valves under my kitchen sink, but they were installed incorrectly. This led to significant water damage in my kitchen, costing thousands of dollars to repair. As a result, I had to go through a stressful insurance claim and a lengthy restoration process. While I do appreciate that Always Plumbing admitted to their mistake, the situation caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and disruption in my life.

  This is our first time dealing with Always Plumbing. We had an issue with our kitchen sink faucet leaking under the sink and on top of the counter! Prince Dube was our attending technician! He was very professional, kind, friendly, and very helpful! The office staff were very attentive and desired for very thing to run smoothly and without stress! I have to say I was impressed with them! Prince also called to let me know that he was on his way and would arrive 30 minutes later depending on traffic! I really liked that this company desires to keep their clients informed with what is happening! Another plus I like about this company! I will give Always Plumbing & Heating 5/5 Stars! I will definitely be keeping their phone number on my fridge for future use!
