  The best experience ever specially with vast knowledge of their business. Their staff specially the Owner Rakesh goes above and beyond when helping the client. I'm impressed with my new flooring and they work fast. Best dollar ever spent highly recommend, will deal with them again in the future.

  Contacted Kory over at the north location about having our upstairs and stairs redone, he was extremely professional and responded to our questions quickly and concisely. Everything moved along our required timelines and there were always options that were offered that fit our wants and needs., the products and process was explained and laid out so that we understood what we were choosing and why. On install day Mike showed up to do the hardwood laminate and he was positive, friendly and a tireless worker. Mike made every effort to leave the upstairs clean and dust free during the install and it turned out great! The carpet went in quickly and we had a few issues initially but Kory took care of everything to make sure it was done properly and that we were all happy. Overall a positive experience, would recommend West Valley Flooring North without hesitation! -Andrew L

  We recently had our carpet replaced and very happy with the product. Chris Lefor was our sales rep and helped us make a good selection and giving recommendations. We would highly recommend West Valley and enjoyed working with Chris.

  We have an old house that had a mix of original hardwood and in some areas two or three layers of flooring on top of each other. Derek kept his word working with our tight schedule and making sure material was available. Jason did the install. It started with removing all the old flooring down to the original ship lap. He then glued and stapled new plywood to the ship lap before installing the new flooring. Jason and Derek did a great job making sure were happy with the work and the finished product. The floors transformed the look and feel on the old house. And there or no more squeaks!
