I've been given the run around for about a month, with no follow-ups or service reports on an elevator that's been down for over a month.

They'll be on-site "fixing it", or resetting a panel for $800/hour, only for the exact same elevator to go down hours later. A couple got stuck in an elevator, they came and "fixed" the issue, hours later, me and my girlfriend got stuck in the same elevator. They came once again and worked on it. Today there are now TWO elevators down...
