  I will never use this company again, my furnace was under warranty for the parts and were not part of the bill. four hours in total two of those hours was the tech driving to go get the warranty parts. They wanted to charge me $1800.00 but they were super nice to reduce it to just over $1300.00 If I enrolled in there $15 a month club. When your furnace stops working and the temperatures are dropping to take advantage of people is completely unethical very poor business practises.

  JPS has been fantastic to work with since the original purchase and install, to annual maintenance, of our furnace and AC. The techs are always friendly, on-time, and efficient. Communication is top notch, they charge what they say they were going to, and the suggestions made on a recent appt were things we actually needed and didn’t know who to ask (new humidifier and hot water tank flush), so JPS is more than just heating and cooling.

  We got a heat pump unit with JPS in 2025. The sales person seemed very knowledgeable, and pushed his trustworthiness and honest approach of the company. We did get a few different quotes, and JPS seemed competitive, so we went with their offering. They also were flexible on the installation and offered discounts for getting it booked quickly. However the install process and follow up was not great. The original quote from the sales person said we needed extra wiring in the wall from the furnace to thermostat (which was new, from JPS). On install day, the electrician showed up and turns out we didn't need anything. The install day was also extremely long. They promised a half-day install, but it took 10 hours - and that is WITHOUT needing to drill any holes in our foundation, as we already had an exhaust space that could be used for the cabling. there were two installers - one was clearly new to the job. He did the outside install - and really botched it together with literal glue. Does not look very good at all. The inside cabling seemed better. by the end of the install day, the men were obviously tired so they removed the protective mats from our floors, but continued to walk on them with their boots "for the finishing touches". They just wanted to get out of there. we also had to call JPS twice to come fix an issue post-install with the thermostat, which would kick on the furnace heat regardless of outside temperature. Only the second technician knew the setting to adjust. The support phoneline is also very strange - always a bunch of people giggling and laughing amongst themselves when taking calls from customers. oh and we never heard from the sales person again, who made promises like he's going to visit us post-install to check that everything went smoothly. All in all, this was a lot of promises and sales talk, but not as much quality of actual work. At least the unit itself works well and gives us good heat and cooling.

  We had JPS supply and replace our water heater. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional, from the quote provided by Brianna to Brandon Oscal along with his partner notifying us they were on way and arrived at our door at the scheduled time. Installation went well and the job was completed in a timely manner. This is the second time we have used JPS as we had them do our vent cleaning as well. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

  We had a new A/C unit installed and our furnace serviced and vents cleaned in June 2025 Attached is a picture of my furnace filter 3 months after the furnace vents were cleaned. I have been replacing my furnace filters every three months and they are extremely dirty every time, whenever the furnace comes on you can smell dust in the air, every time I vacuum our carpet the canister on the Dyson vacuum cleaner is full to the top with dust. I am not sure how this happened but our house had never seen this volume of dust over the last 30 years we have been here.
