  I should have known better than to contact them a second time after my first experience here went poorly. They are unhelpful, and getting a call back after reaching out repeatedly is impossible.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this flooring store. Before making my purchase, I specifically asked the salesperson about their return policy and was clearly told that unopened packages could be returned. Based on that assurance, I felt comfortable proceeding with the purchase. However, when I later attempted to return unopened items, the store refused to honor what was promised. This inconsistency between what was said at the time of sale and what was enforced afterward is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers rely on accurate information when making purchasing decisions, especially for large or costly items like flooring. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously undermined my trust in this business. I would not recommend shopping here unless you are prepared to accept the risk of misleading information and poor customer service.

  We had luxury vinyl plank installed throughout our basement a few years ago. And we regret using Floors on Crowfoot.Install was a disaster. Damage to our walls and baseboards was beyond reason. Fist sized holes in the drywall that left no support for baseboards to be reattached, many baseboards completely destroyed. The flooring itself is cupping and popped up, it is not laying flat. You can flex the floor with a finger push. Walking across it is like walking on a waterbed. They were never able to properly install transition pieces, nor could they provide matching transition pieces. Since their glue never held, we ended up sourcing and gluing down our own transition pieces. Floors on Crowfoot destroyed our basement with their abysmal installation and service. We are stuck with a bill of thousands of dollars to fix their damage and rectify their shoddy work. UPDATE TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: All of these concerns were brought up at the time the work was done. My concrete floor is not unlevel, at least not in the way that would cause these flooring issues. The planks are bulging up at the seams, and pop and flex when you walk across the floor. (And no, there has never been water damage, so don't try that excuse) The baseboard and wall damage was excessive, which one of your employees also confirmed. You attempted to fix the transition pieces, but you had no options for matching it and your multiple attempts to glue them down were unsuccessful. You were given the opportunity to fix your mistakes and you could not / would not. You provided a small discount on the work, but it still does not excuse or cover the repairs that need to be done.

The team is Professional, Knowledgeable, Dependable, Respectful and always Punctual. Floors on Crowfoot has completed a variety of projects for us, including luxury vinyl plank (flooring and stairs), carpet (flooring and stairs) and kitchen tile backsplash. Each project was done with care and precision. Communication was clear throughout, timelines were met and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and excellent results. We will absolutely continue using them for future projects!
