  I had a really great experience at this flooring store. I walked in with no idea where to start, and they made the whole process feel much easier. They took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand what I was looking for, then showed me a wide range of options in terms of styles, types, and price points. A special thank you to Jeraldinee, who was incredibly patient throughout the entire visit. Even though I mentioned that I’m not starting my project right away, she still took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions without any pressure. I really appreciate the time and effort—thank you again for all your help!

  We’re very happy with our experience with Flooring Superstores! Steve was quick and efficient with the quoting process and scheduling the job in for us. Javier and Nicholas did the install and did such an amazing job, very skilled gentlemen. All around very pleased with our new floors!

  I ended up going with Flooring Superstore in Calgary after a friend recommended them, and I’m glad I did. The place has a really good variety, but what made the difference for me was the service. Cameron Lang helped me out, and he was easy to deal with from the start. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, but he helped narrow it down without overcomplicating things. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn’t try to upsell me into something more expensive. Pricing was better compared to a couple other quotes I got, and the turnaround time was pretty much exactly what they told me. No delays or last-minute issues. Overall, it was a smooth experience and less stressful than I expected. I’d recommend checking them out, especially if you can work with Cameron.
