  I received an email that my annual inspection of the furnace was due, prompting me to call the number. I made an appointment for 8AM the next day. Technician Penn arrived at exactly 8. Penn was very friendly, customer service plus and he was lovingly tolerant to the three cats and dog (the supervisors). Penn provided a full update when he was done and answered all my questions. Too easy! I will remain with this company.

  Morad & Pen are excellent maintenance guys sent by this company to get our exhaust fixed; they not only repaired it but also patiently explained why it happened. Hopefully going forward we will not see any more drips. But if we do, they said just give them a shout. Service was fast. Thank you guys!

  I recently had Enercare A1 Chesney install a new Lennox Furnace and Air Conditioner to replace 21 year old units in my current home. I chose them because I’d had A1 Chesney to install a similar high efficiency furnace in my previous home several years ago, and felt comfortable using them again. The original quote I received from their contact person, Austin, was extremely detailed and superior to a similar quote I’d received from one of their competitors. The HVAC technicians, Riley and Eler, arrived on time and got right to work. This was a rather complex, all day job as they had to run a new chimney liner, core two ventilation holes, and tie in my existing Infloor Heating Boiler to the new ventilation system. After they were finished Riley explained the entire installation process and gave me a detailed explanation on the operation of both units. He then helped me download an App to control my new Smart Thermostat and ensured that I was able to log on and operate it correctly. I am extremely pleased with the entire process from sales to installation and would not hesitate to recommend A1 Chesney to friends and family.

  We received excellent support and recommendations from Penn regarding our furnace and furnace care. The service provided was a very positive experience including his knowledge of furnace maintenance, professionalism, and the process was very easy from booking through to service. We definitely recommend both Penn and A1 Chesney if you’re looking for outstanding customer service. Thanks!

  Had Robyn and partner install a new water tank and water softener today. Ive never had a lady plumber before, that was really fun to see. She was v friendly, personable, professional, answered all my questions enthusiastically. Took time to explain the water filter screen display,how to manage same, when away on vac etc. Ya, it was a v good experience having them both in my home.I didnt get her partners name but one thing I appreciated was his politeness, and kind demeanor. So thank you to both for your expertise and help today. Elaine
