He brought in so many samples and color options since we weren’t sure what we wanted, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. Derek truly went above and beyond to advocate for us and made us feel appreciated every step of the way. We’re so grateful for his help and couldn’t recommend West Valley Flooring more!

- GGGabrielaJul 24, 20251.0We had very high hopes based on all the 5 star reviews. We’ve since come to find out it was a contest they ran to get more reviews. The sales experience in store was good but the installation was truly terrible. We had to have them come back THREE times for various different issues. 1. The carpet on the stairs was completely rising up and not glued down. Also have found another spot in one room where the same issue is happening. 2. Random spots of glue all over the place in a few rooms. 3. Seam was highly obvious and glue all over 4. Carpet pulling up and not tucked under the baseboard in at least 20 different spots. But WORST OF ALL… 5. Found a giant nail sticking up in the middle of our living room. AND 6. Found another giant nail sticking up in our 1 year old babies room. After the last nail we gave up calling them to come fix things because we’re just fed up. Taking the loss and accepting that we spent our money in the wrong place. Just hoping to save someone else the headache.

From the moment we reached out, communication was prompt and professional. The installer arrived on time, was friendly and respectful of our space, and worked with incredible attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding—every edge and seam is perfectly aligned, and the transitions between rooms are seamless. Our new carpet looks absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend West Valley!
