While I did have to do more follow up than I would have liked, our floors did get done and look AMAZING. Neil was fantastic and was able to get new hardwood feathered with our existing hardwood floors, and it looks like it was always there! The carpet installers were amazing as well, and everyone was super friendly.

From the beginning of the project with Stephen Pailer looking after the project to the finish, I am so very happy. Tara did the installation and I was absolutely amazed at the job she did. She went over and above to take care to make sure it was done right and took the time she needed to do perfection, even in areas that aren't seen by anyone but me. The communication was excellent throughout the job. Thanks to you both Stephen and Tara - I'll miss Tara and her bubbly personality and energy!!

I walked him through what I was looking for, he came to my home with one large sample and a few smaller ones and there was no question that the large one was perfect. His team arrived on time and did the whole house in one day. They took great care to avoid damaging the baseboards and moved a few pieces of furniture that I could not move. Super happy with everything and would recommend these guys to anyone and I already have. Great work to you and your team Zach!. Thank you
