They were ready for me first thing in the morning, as I loaded the Bobcat on my trailer, I realized that I was not going to be able to transport the equipment, quickly the United Rental staff provided a flatbed trailer so I could take the equipment with me. Jeff, the person who works in the office was incredibly nice and allowed us to park our trailer at their facility for a day and Rick, one of the workers who works in the operations yard, was super helpful and lent a hand in strapping down the Bobcat and securing it properly for travel. I highly recommend renting construction equipment from this company, I will definitely be back.
