Unfortunately - despite an annual reoccuring reservation, another equipment rental company left us scrambling for compressors. Austyn in your office came to our rescue by finding a compressor for us last minute. Communication was great to get this set up and executed and when we needed to extend the reservation - they made it happen with no issues. When we picked up the equipment, everyone on site and in the yard was friendly and helpful. We also needed to rent some other equipment for some shop renovations we were completing and even though they don't rent that equipment at that location, Austyn was able to coordinate our rental for us through other Sunbelt locations. This was a fabulous experience and we are grateful for Austyn going above and beyond!
