  I had an AC and Water softener installed by Harmony this past Wednesday. They sent out a professional installation team consisting of Colton Grieve, Jake Smith, and Kyle Guest; which performed at 120% went above and beyond my expectations. First, they laid down the floor mats, placed the AC and softener and used their expertise to install all the required pipe, conduits, fittings, electrical wiring, etc. The install was highly efficient and clean. They were all very respectful to myself and my property. At the end of the install, they explained everything to me such as what to do if you run into this and that scenario and also providing some future maintenance recommendations. I am very pleased with how this crew of 3 technicians from Harmony performed. I highly recommend Harmony if you ever wanted to have an AC or/and water softener installed.   Mike showed up fairly late in the day to troubleshoot our furnace issue, clearly arriving from another job. He had our issue figured out after some diagnostics, but didn't have the part to repair the issue. Late in the day and this stud rips across town, gets the control board for the furnace and fights rush hour traffic to get back to my house and installs the new board. By the time he's finished installing and testing, it's well after dinner time and into the evening. Of course, problem solved by Mike. Would have been super easy for Mike to say "Parts supplier will probably be closed when I get there, I'll stop in the AM and grab it, then come over and install it". This guy was well mannered, respectful and went the extra mile. Even took the time to explain to me what the problem was and why my initial hypothesis and trouble shooting was incorrect (in a super respectful way). Not sure if everybody at Harmony rolls like Mike, but I am super grateful and appreciative for him. Hopefully Mike's boss sees this in time for Mike's next salary review, because successful companies are built on the backs of dudes like Mike. Thanks for being awesome, Mike.

  This company will try and scam you into a new furnace. Be careful. I Don’t recommend you call them for service work. my furnace stops working Wednesday November 5th. So i google furnace repair and I call Harmony heating and tell them the furnace is giving me an error code of faulty blower motor. My furnace is 8 years old. Service guy comes out and has a look around 1 pm that day. Which was great, Good job for that. He Tells me my blower need to be replaced ( which is what the error code said ) And the exhaust fan is squeaking. So should replace that too. (Tho it still works fine.) He tells me 3700 plus three hours labour. Then he tells me to sit down. Because he can’t get the parts till Monday or Tuesday next week and he claims he called around everywhere. But then he tells me he can get me a new furnace tomorrow. For 9-10 grand depending on what kind of furnace i get. So me being a plumber…. Not a furnace guy. Call wolseley here in Calgary and find out they have a few of those fans in stock just off black foot and glenmore. So harmony was about to leave my family in the cold for over five days. Unless i paid for a new furnace . When he could have drove to wolseley that moment and made the repair like i thought i was hiring him to do…. So i ended up going and buying the parts myself at wolseley hvac. And installing them myself with the help of you tube videos. And the parts cost me 1700.00. And the job with travel took me 2.5 hours. Plus i still had to pay them 177.45 to come out and not be helpful what so ever. So ya im unhappy. This company may be a good furnace replacement company. But if you need a part replaced and not a new furnace. I would try calling someone else.

  Very disappointing experience. The one positive was Daniel who the contract was signed with. On the day of install there were a few issues found that occurred, which the installation techs didn't say anything about and left while giving me their business card with a QR code to give them a great review so they get $ for the work they did. I called Daniel who came out and resolved two of the issues. Trying to contact Harmony about the invoice was a challenge- deposit was taken at contract signing but was not reflected on the invoice. I called Daniel he had a Manager call me. Unfortunately, there were just lots of excuses. I was told Harmony now have their overflow office calls go to AI and to call centre Offshore - not a great experience. Other than the good customer service Danielle provided the experience with Harmony was very disappointing. I certainly did not experience what others did who gave a 5*

  Recently, I had the tankless water heater and furnace replaced by the Harmony Heating & Air Conditioning team. I am pleased with the work Matthew and Dave did. These guys worked hard because the space in my house is quite small. Especially, they had a tough job removing the old water heater! Ten stars for you guys! Also, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They answered all my questions and assisted with the tankless application. Furthermore, we had some issues with the new units, and we had to call for service. They returned quickly. Thank you, Daniel, for coming so fast and solving the problem. I would also like to mention that the receptionist and everyone I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. I am glad I chose the Harmony Heating team, and I will recommend this company to anyone looking for help with a furnace or water heater. Thank you!
