  I’m a long time customer. I had a water pipe to my hot water tank spring a leak today. Called A1Chesney. They had a service person there within a couple of hours. A wonderful service person named Robin did the repair. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Repair was fast and expertly done. She’s a valuable credit to Chesneys team. The whole experience was professional and efficient at every level. Made a stressful situation very comforting. I would like to give my thanks and gratitude to the A1 Chesneys team, and especially to the service person Robin for a job well done!

  Our furnace cut out on a very cold winter morning. We called A1 Chesney for a service call as they had provided us with excellent service in the past. Rob arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and had our furnace running smoothly within a short time. It was handled as warranty issue based on previous work done. Rob was personable and clearly very good at what he does. I type this is a now-warm house. Thank you Rob!

  Ryley and Jesan installed our furnace and hot water heater less than 2 days after our old furnace gave out in our latest cold snap. These guys took care to keep our house clean while they did the removal of our old furnace and water heater and install of the new ones. They were friendly, worked efficiently, and took care to patiently explain everything to us. Great people to work with.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars – Absolutely Outstanding Service! When our old furnace decided to call it quits on one of the coldest nights of the year (of course it did 😅), we were in full panic mode. From the very first call to A1 Chesney’s, the experience was nothing short of incredible. The response time was very, very quick. Carlos, the original technician, arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and clearly explained what had happened and what our options were. He was calm, professional, and reassuring — exactly what you need when your house feels like a walk-in freezer. Austin, our Sales Rep, made the replacement process smooth and stress-free. He walked us through everything without pressure, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Then came Riley and TJ, our installation technicians — and wow. They were professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and explained every step along the way. You could tell they take real pride in their work. They were awesome to work with. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Fast response, great communication, skilled workmanship, and genuinely great people. I highly recommend A1 Chesney’s and give them five stars without hesitation! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  Carlos had amazing customer service along with his colleague Phil. Great knowledge on all equipment (furnace, water softener, and water tank) From someone who knows nothing about this stuff they were both more than accommodating in answering all my questions with an unbiased view. I will absolutely be using A1 going forward. Thank you
