- SWSue WebbNov 27, 20254.0Moved from Ontario to Alberta and Deirdre (Long Haul Specialist) was wonderful. The containers are spacious and we moved a 3500 sq ft home in 3 - 16' containers. I am a Tetris packer, every foot of the container was filled. Cost was approx. $22K for this move (yes costly, but the ease of filling PODS at your discretion when you have a lag in home close dates, worked for us). Insurance was also covered per POD as well. Note: they say the container remains level at all times, however this may be the case as there was some movement with the contents when they arrived and we opened the doors. Nothing damaged though, which was good. Also know that the PUP cubes are only available within the same province NOT inter provincial which we were originally told. There were some communication confusion between the customer service team and long haul specialist in terms of pickup / delivery times and invoicing. We managed to clarify but this was a bit frustrating. I would recommend for sure!
