  I contacted Comfort Union for a water heater replacement estimate. They were quick to respond. I already had a good idea of what I wanted, I was just looking for the right company to do the install. Provided all the details of what I currently had and that I was looking for the same setup. The install team of Mo and assistant were prompt and did an excellent job. They explained exactly what they would be doing and made some recommendations that I was more than happy to accept. The installation was quick and professionally done. I am very happy that I chose Comfort Union for the install and will be engaging them again when I replace my furnace. 5 Stars for the service I received.

  I had a Rinnai tankless system that was extremely loud and could never keep up with the demand. On top of that, it was costing me a lot in constant repairs. I hired Comfort Union to install an IBC boiler, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. They even let me know that in the future I can replace my old furnace with an IBC fan coil instead of installing another furnace, which was super helpful information. Daryl and Mo were incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Mo even went the extra mile and replaced my kitchen sink drains while he was here. Honestly, the best plumbing and heating company in Calgary. I couldn’t be happier with their work.

  We recently had a new IBC combination boiler installed after losing hot water for a few days. The team understood the urgency and moved quickly to get the job done. Mohammad came out and worked long hours to complete the installation, and his professionalism and dedication really stood out. The entire team handled everything efficiently—from installation to inspection—and made sure the new unit was working perfectly. They completed the job cleanly, explained the system’s operation clearly, and even recommended installing a CO detector in my furnace room for added safety, which I appreciated.   We hired Comfort Union to install a heat pump, hot water tank, and furnace. After speaking with Asif, he suggested a better option - a fan coil system paired with an IBC combi boiler and heat pump. At first, we were a bit hesitant, but once we learned more about the energy savings, space efficiency, durability of the combi boiler, and the simplicity of the fan coil, it made complete sense compared to a regular furnace setup. After using the system for a few months now, we have had no issues at all - no temperature swings, no shortage of hot water, just smooth and consistent comfort. The fully modulating, dual-fuel design has been a total game changer. Another big plus is that the IBC boiler allows you to add a second fan coil, so we can also heat our basement suite off the same system. The IBC combi boiler feels incredibly solid and well-engineered, with fewer unnecessary parts than other brands. We also added a Novo water softener, and the whole project qualified for the Greener Homes Loan, which was a huge bonus. Most importantly, we wanted a contractor we could trust, and Comfort Union really delivered. They did not push the most expensive system - they recommended what made the most sense for our home and long-term comfort. I am confident this setup will outlast any traditional furnace and hot water tank combination. Overall, we are extremely happy with the results and the service. Highly recommend Comfort Union!
