Myles showed up, took his time and explained what was going on in great detail. He made some adjustments and the furnace has been working perfectly for the last week. This saved us thousands of dollars. This was the second time we used Arpi’s and have great service both times.

- RRRaeDec 29, 20254.0Absolutely terrible customer service and the manager will avoid all contact and pass the followup to people who cannot help. Cannot recommend this company at all. Would give it a negative rating if possible. After finally having someone contact us, thank you Damien!, I have changed my review to reflect this new manager and his customer service. He got to the bottom of the issue, spoke to my husband, and resolved our water heater breaking in a very timely and efficient way. It is unfortunate that he had to step in and the plumbing manager did not solve the issue in the first place, but I appreciate Damien's work to correct the previous errors. Thanks.
- SSSimonDec 19, 20255.0Dealing with the company was great and i dealt with Kent Chen who was professional in his job repairing furnace. They were quick to visit in urgent situation. Inducer was broken and had to be fixed. Although the part seemed little expensive but later found out all the labour fees and other charges are included. I had great experience with this company. I had a small minor issue during the process of the payment and called the company admin line. Damien the manager of the company called me within two minutes and super professionally dealt with the problem. I am genuinely appreciated with their professionalism and being trustful. I am super impressed with how quickly they responded to my house in emergency situation. Thanks Apri's and Damien and Kent for repairing my furnace.
