The Arpi's installers were absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend Arpi's.

- SRSteve Reno4 days ago5.0In November 2025, dealt with Arpi’s Industries Ltd John Clouston regarding a furnace replacement. John came to the house, did a quote on a couple of furnace models and explained the differences. His approach was nice, no pressure sales pitch and allowed us to ask the necessary questions we had about the model types. That way we could make an informed choice. He provided a quote and allowed us to come to a decision in a number of days(no pressure). Once the furnace model was picked, we arranged the install appointment with John. The two technicians were Eric and Alex. They arrived on time, were respectful, courteous and polite. They did the task of replacement with care, efficiency, and allowed us to help when necessary. They cleaned up and explained everything that was of importance and were finished in 3.5 hours. Great job done and furnace is working great. John, Eric and Alex are AWESOME people and I highly appreciate and recommend their services for any work that is required relating to a furnace replacement. Thank you Arpi’s for the having those 3 awesome people.

- GCglen cookNov 3, 20251.0I have been holding off writing this review , thinking & hopeing I would get a reply back from Arpi's, but have not. Anyways, as this being my 3rd year on the Arpi's Membership plan, it will be my last, First of all the technician that came to site gets a 5 star review on the other hand the service department gets negative stars. In point form -October 20th - tech came out and did annual boiler maintenance minor fault , the issue was the Igniter. - the tech said he had one in the truck and would replace it for $509 before my my 15% customer discount, this took less then 2 minutes to replace as the boiler was still apart from the servicing - I didn't think to much about it at the time, boiler parts are typically expensive. -October 21St- after taking look at the part he replaced, I thought no way this piece can be worth $509, It wasn't! First place I called had the exact same part for $79.13 Retail not Arpi pricing. I emailed service dept, with my issues -Oct 23rd service manager replied he would look into it. -Oct 29th emailed him again , to see if he had looked into yet -Nov 3rd still no reply In summary I got sucked into paying a 644% markup on a part and 2 minutes labour
