  Fantastic service all around. Put a call in on the website at 10pm Wednesday night, technician was at the house by 9am Thursday, had the problem resolved by 10am. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Also, very well set up as far as website, technology for dispatch etc., and had the parts on the van to fix, no delay waiting for 2nd visit etc. 100% Arpi’s are now my HVAC service provider going forward.

  We just had the most exceptional customer service. Dawson was professional, knowledgeable and patient - ensuring that we had all of our questions answered about the services. It began with a quote, but his suggestions made sense and we decided to move ahead right away. We had a tricky cold plunge tub that he provided a water line for and he stayed to ensure it was all working correctly. Dawson has a gift for figuring out the issue - and an easy manner. He will continue to do well in this industry with his kindness and diligence. He was able to answer our questions on plumbing, electrical and refrigeration. He is a wonderful ambassador for Arpi's and we sincerely hope he is recognized for his value within the organization. We have been long-standing clients of Arpi's and that will continue thanks to today's impeccable service. Thank you, Dawson.

  When my basement furnace died during a cold freeze in Calgary (Feb 2026), I knew Arpis was the best choice for me since there was 26 years of Arpis service history on my original furnace. Kent Chen was the service technician and he was very knowledgeable offering options for part replacement of the circuit board ($) or to evaluate a furnace replacement ($). He was open and honest, that our 26 year old furnace has exceeded it's expected lifespan helping us with our decision for replacement. Craig Dyer had previously been our Project Manager at our rental property where we replaced our furnaces, and we requested that he helped us assess the furnace replacement at our home. He is very knowledgeable and was able to professionally determine the best quality equipment for our house. We are glad to have him back since we trusted his expertise. The installation team was Navjeet Singh along with Joe and Usman. They showed up first thing in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon. Since my home is somewhat older, they were able to work in the smaller space in my utility room to disassemble my old furnaces, install the new high efficiency furnaces and venting, and cleaned up the work area. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency on the task at hand with no issues.

  Had a feeling my furnace was caving during our second winter cold snap and arpi’s was able to send out the next available technician in a very timely manner. Robert Hudson came out asked what was going on and was quick and descriptive showing me pictures explaining to me and showing that i only had about 2 options and the amount of stuff that was caving or broken to repair the old one was priced out around the same for a new one, also did what he could to get it to hold on a little longer while he set up a meeting with Kevin Gawazuk to quote on a new furnace. Kevin was able to be at my place in under 30 minutes to give me some options and was able to set up and get my new furnace installed the very next morning! Out came Spencer whitford and his helper riley and they got everything removed installed with a clean setup on a new lennox that is working great! I highly recommend talking with arpis on your plumbing needs all staff are super friendly awsome to socialize with and are professional with there job

  I had my furnace installed by Arpi's a few years ago and have had Arpi's do the service on the furnace and duct cleaning. I most recently had them come on January 29 2026 to do both the furnace service and duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were here for a couple of hours and near the end of the time, the younger service guy was asking me about the outside dryer vent and so I showed him where it was. He asked if there was another and I said no. He proceeded to "clean" out the vent but ended up sucking out insulation. The more senior service guy came outside and said for him to stop and they went downstairs. I did not follow them and let them finish the service. They told me that everything was good and that they just needed a signature on their tablet. Meanwhile, the furnace service people had come and asked me about a service plan that ended up being $889.50 which was to include 1 duct and dryer vent cleaning, and the furnace service (furnace service for 3 years). I noticed that the dryer vent hose was not attached properly on February 7 ( a Saturday). On February 12, I pulled out the dryer to see if the back of the dryer vent hose was attached to the bottom of the dryer but it had come off. I realized that the dryer vent hose must have been cut because it was no longer long enough to go from the bottom of the dryer up to the connection in the ceiling/wall. I ordered a new dryer vent hose and took pictures of everything. I called Arpi's and explained what happened to Darii and she asked for an email with the pictures I had taken and when I did that, she said she would talk to the supervisor and get back to me. She called me back and said that they would come back but if they determined it wasn't from the service that I would be charged for the service call. I told her I would just leave them a bad review because there is no reason why I would have messed with the dryer vent hose if it wasn't already hanging down and not connected properly after they were here. I would not recommend them anymore and I am livid that I bought a plan and now will have to deal with them for 2 more years.
