I am also very pleased with their professionalism, respectable and gentlemanly attitude! I am over 70 years old, felt very confident with their hard work, and happy that they were very accommodating with my questions and wishes, in addition to their patience for having me around while they were working! I used a different company for over a decade for my furnace and ducts cleaning needs, however they couldn’t accommodate me during the holidays. From this day forward I will be hiring this company to do the cleaning of my furnaces and ducts, and of course I will be always asking for Alex and Martin! Thank you for doing a great job!

And furnace stopped working. Next day another specialist came and tell me that my furnace control board was burned, and recommend to fix it for 1300$. I tried to talk to customer service -Sandra, that they have to fix it, but She was rude, and I decided just find another company to fix it. At that time we had a funeral in family, I dont have energy to deal with them. So I paid 1300 for repaires, a huge amount for senior. And I ask people dont trust this company. They nice in the beginning. But They are Really Really Bad!!! Terrible to customer, not professional.

They were professional and informative. The home (our son’s first large purchase) has a much better air quality now and they couldn’t be more happy with the service provided!!
