  The driver driving the car with ARPI were cutting the lanes in traffic while being on phone. This happened on MacLeod Trail near mission road. Surprisingly he was on phone unbothered, he missed my car inches while turning the lane I was driving if I wouldn't have moved over to different lane he would have hit me. Absolutely irresponsible behavior. I have licence plate and dash cam video if somebody wants to further investigate. I just couldn't take photos while he was on phone as I was driving. Thanks Edit - I will email you the details shortly, thank you for taking time to address it, I really appreciate it. I have also change the review based on the professional response to such concerns. Thank you again!

  It was a cold winters night, not a creature was stirring. Not even the furnace because the control module was dead. :-) I ended up buying the module at Arpi's because they were the best price for it. Others wanted $1600 more for a 900 dollar part. So good on them for that. But also when I showed up right at the end of the day, just minutes prior to closing, the parts counter guy was smiling and very personable. Ill give him credit, I hate being that guy that shows up that late, but he was very helpful and we chatted about a few other things. I never felt like he was rushing me out since it was the end of the day. Seeing this means his management team treats the staff well. This shows through to the public. Ive been buying parts here, not very many, but over the past 20+ years. Whenever I have needed a part, they have had it in stock and the best priced, even from online sites. Hope they dont see this and adjust 😀 I am warm once again after I fixed the furnace blower motor! Yay!

  If I could give a zero I would. They scammed me sending two plumbers to do the job of one. They said they were looking for parts to fix my walk in tub for a senior citizen. I was told two months they were still looking and waiting. I decided not to wait any longer and I called Ace Plumbing and they came out and looked and it took them seven days for parts from Chicago. My tub was fixed by Ace Plumbing in seven days when Arpis is still looking. I would not trust their customer service ever again. They took my my money for their service call and all their plumbers wanted was to quote me on changing all my plumbing. Not trust worthy.

  Dealt with Don Snow (Project Manager) and the experience was extremely disappointing. Scheduling was handled poorly from the start. Despite clearly setting expectations around availability, an appointment was booked without my confirmation. When I pushed back on this, instead of resolving the issue professionally, the response I received was dismissive and ultimately ended with them walking away from the job entirely. Communication felt disorganized, and there was a clear lack of respect for the customer’s time and schedule. If basic coordination can’t be handled properly, it raises serious concerns about how the actual project would be managed. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Yesterday I had intermittent “no heat” & today ARPI’s arrived at 8am, replacing a faulty part along with another one not working at 100%.
