  We have used After Eight a few times for the carpet needed in our renovations. They have always done a great job and completed them on time. I decided to leave a review today as the installer, Austin, was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable, worked hard and did an excellent job! It is very refreshing to work with someone like this and he deserves recognition! Thanks again Austin!

  Our home recently flooded, and this has been an extremely difficult and stressful time for our family. Unfortunately, our experience with After Eight Interior only added to that stress. After Eight Interior showed up to our property unannounced, with no prior notice or heads-up. When I asked when they would be returning, I didn’t hear back until about an hour before they planned to come again. Jim completely disregarded the fact that we also have jobs and can’t be available on such short notice. Luckily, we were able to make it work with an hours notice. Additionally, during the time we actually worked with him, the experience was uncomfortable. He was not personable, came across as cold, and it felt very obvious that he just wanted to leave rather than engage or communicate properly. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy made this a very disappointing experience.

  Working with Corrine on design, Roman on product coordination, and Laurie in customer service during our full home renovation was an absolute pleasure. Corrine was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, helping me choose beautiful, high-quality products that perfectly suited our style and budget. Roman ensured everything arrived exactly when we needed it, keeping our project on track. And Laurie was always warm, welcoming, and cheerful — even when I popped in without an appointment!
