  Du-West is THE Company to work with, for your foundation repair. Superb from A to Z, from 1. the initial advisor discussions and estimate, to 2. administration of the contract, 3. the scheduling, 4. the constant communication, 5. the care for the existing plumbing and sprinkler system before and after, 6. the timely and professional handling and flow of the entire project (in our case hydraulically driven perimeter pilings with center steel reinforcements in 15 spots, 2 rootshield barriers), 7. the refilling and in 1 case re-cementing the work areas, to 8. re-measuring the leveling success and checking on sticking doors and wall & ceiling hairline cracks and 9. fantastic clean-up and 10. leaving the area in as good a shape as before, basically sums up our experience of a 4 day labor project that we are excited to have completed, and will surely refer Du-West to anyone who will ask us about it. Thanks so much to. everyone involved, from Adriel, to Jennifer, to Justinn, to Juan, to Alex and his fantastic crew, and Chris and the other 2 plumbing folks for the checks before & after.   Lack of communication from Du-West. Their secretary decided that she would call me one day before the scheduled date of my home foundation repair, I called two days in advance. She stated nobody had to be home, but leave my garage door open. Who on their right mind would leave their garage door open and leave their bicycles, tools, lawn equipment, water pressure machine, and more? In addition, I was not happy with the post repair plumber. The same secretary could not tell me his name, but told me to read my contract. I wouldn't have called, if I knew she was going to tell me to read my contract. I wanted to know how this unprofessional plumber knew I had a leak in my plumbing post repair. Did he use a snake? Did he see it? Did he guess? I know he didn't use a camera because they charge $630 to find out where the leak is located. He didn't tell me how he knew, nor did he give me any documentation that there was a leak. The pre repair plumber gave me documentation that there were not any leaks in my plumbing. I spoke with the manager without any success. He listened to me but fell short of any answers. The CONTRACTED crew was very professional and easy to speak with about any issues I had about the repair. I do not recommend Du-West. Overpriced, lack of communication, false information about me not needing to be home during the repair as I had to be there; the workers were knocking at my door about this and that. I have yet to hear back about the post repair plumbers name at the very least.

  Once again Du-West has delivered excellent HVAC customer service and repair at a very reasonable price. Very responsive and professional. I have used them for many years now and would highly recommend them.

  Our experience with DuWest was great! Eddie & Jennifer awesome-professional and very helpful. I can’t remember our foreman’s name but he was great too. They completed the job in less time than expected and we were honestly shocked at how well they did at returning our yard to how it looked before the work. I interviewed over a half dozen companies and I’m so glad we went with DuWest!
